Purpose built pub dating back to the post war period, the large bar has space for dining areas, a pool table and several TVs for sports fans. A spacious patio at the front provides a sunny, south facing outdoor drinking area.

Refurbished, becoming a Nicholson's pub, in December 2025. Although the bar has many handpumps the number in use can be far less.
