This Pub is Permanently Closed

Converted 30/6/2016 to retail use. Closed 1/3/2016. Building was gutted totally to bare walls and ceilings. Plan was to reopen as a pub and restaurant but that was changed to retail use. Planning Application 115502/FO/2017 | Retrospective planning application for the installation of front elevation alterations including installation of new shopfront and security shutters. Granted 3/5/2017.

History: Keg former Wilsons house. Small, cramped interior.

1949 became a Wilsons Brewery house following merger with Walker & Homfray's Brewery, originally was a Manchester Brewery Co house, the Victoria Inn.
