The access to the cark park from the road is over a dropped kerb, the car park slopes gently towards the Inn. Entry to the lower drinking, via the accommodation reception, and upper dining areas, via the bar entrance, can be accessed without the use of stairs. There are stone steps internally in the centre of the bar area. They number 3 in total (6 cm high and 35 cm deep) - there is a handrail beside these steps. There is no space on the mid level for a ramp to safely cover the steps. The Floor covering in the reception and bar area is of carpet, while the bar entrance and the restaurant is of quarry stone and as such can be uneven. Natural light in the restaurant and bar area can be low, this is supplemented with additional, but low intensity, lighting when required. The toilets are situated near the main bar and restaurant entrance. The corridor, and the toilets themselves, have a stone surface which can be uneven. There are 2 female cubicles and a male cubicle and urinal. Because of the age of the building they are too narrow for wheelchair access. No handrails in toilet because of stud wall.
