Built in 1781 and once owned by William Nightingale (father of Florence), this pub is now owned by ex Derby County and Burton Albion footballer Jake Buxton. Set in Derbyshire's white peak, this country inn is an ideal base when visiting the peak district or to sit and enjoy a wholesome meal and good ale.
