After a brief closure in November 2017, the establishment reopened under a new name as a pub and wine bar. It has been elegantly refurbished, preserving and highlighting its original features. The Royal Head was formed in the 1960s by merging two pubs, the Royal Oak and Kings Head, and is still locally referred to as "the Kings." The larger room showcases original beams, an inglenook fireplace, and distinctive stone walls. The smaller room is styled as a wine bar, designed for dining. A diverse selection of wines, cocktails, premium lagers, and locally bottled cider is also available.
This Pub serves 1 changing beer and 2 regular beers.
