Modern single bar establishment. The name of the pub comes from the triple chimney pots. It is known locally as the “Top House” due to its position at the top of the street of three pubs. The interior is light and airy with two separate seating areas at the front. Regular beer festivals are held in conjunction with other pubs in the village. The back room contains the Three Spices Indian and Bangladeshi restaurant, which is open from 5.30 every day serving an extensive menu. They also offer a takeaway service.

Historic Interest

Recorded as a public house in 1832 under licensed victualler John Tyers (White's Directory), J.Hardy in 1855 and William Butler in 1876 (Post Office Directories).

The Three Crowns is in Rushcliffe Borough Council's Ruddington Conservation Area.
