A friendly local with a warm welcome.. It has a beamed bar and restaurant area, with an open fire and a separate public bar with TV and darts. There's a pool table, and an outside patio area. It is linked to the Great Bardfield artists, and a refreshment stop on the Dunwich Dynamo cycle trip. Closing time may vary. If outside lights are on, then the pub is open.
