Built in the 1860s and once known as the Drunken Duck. The pub is divided into various bays, and there is an attractive terraced garden with heated covered seating. Up to four ales available, with discounts for all on Monday and Wednesday and a loyalty card at other times. There is an extensive food menu, with gluten free and vegetarian options available daily, including the usual pub favourites, grills, burgers and Sunday roasts, and lunchtime meal offers
