Once a Charrington's pub, this Victorian corner pub is located close to the Imperial War Museum. Was re-opened under its original name in late July 2017 by the local Draft House group, now part of BrewDog, having had a number of previous incarnations in recent years. After a long closure, the pub re-opened again in 2025. Been reported as selling Harvey's Sussex Best cask ale.

The airy interior has a contemporary feel and there is a spacious first floor roof terrace.
