Formerly the Compass, this Brakspear pub retains its bar. Predominantly a fashionable, reasonably priced Italian restaurant. Unfortunately there is no longer any chance of real ale here. Closed April 2015. Application for demolition and redevelopment submitted August 2015 and granted December 2015
