Reopened on a free of tie Lease on 2 April 2015. A sister pub to the crooked Billet. There is a mixture of wood paneling (both painted and unpainted) and bare brick walls. A wonderful and very rare original mosaic sign "Dundee Arms" was uncovered during the refurbishment. Likely to be late Victorian. Otherwise mostly distressed interior with some comfortable fixed bench seating. Opposite the York Hall where the Pigs Ear Beer Festival was founded in 1983.
