This Pub is Permanently Closed

Planning permission granted March 2018 to demolish and redevlop the site retaining a pub in the development. Work started 2020 and pub has been demolished.

Lease expired in August 2016 and the pub closed at the end of September 2016.

Notice of initial demolition posted on the pub with demolition planned for 14th November 2016. The branch submitted an ACV nomination which halted the demolition of this beautiful Victorian pub.

Previously Ascot Estates owned. Reopened. Mayfair Taverns sign. Originally Trumans.
