Large Victorian pub in the heart of Leytonstone. Refurbished in 2025 retaining the wooden floors and mainly wooden furniture. The stables area has been converted into a separate bar. A varied menu offers quality food at pub prices. You will find live sport and DJs on Fridays and Saturdays.

Historic Interest

An ornate 17thc style pub and associated shops designed by W D Church and erected in 1890 to replace an earlier weather-boarded pub of the same name.
