16th century timber-framed traditional country pub and restaurant with low ceilings, open fires, flagstone floors and a warm and friendly atmosphere. Well behaved dogs and children are welcome. This pub still retains the old game of Ring the Bull. Large garden. Ample car park. Reopened in May 2026 after refurbishment under new local owners and management. Bus 50 from Stratford stops close by.
