The Albion is located about 10 minute's walk east of Farnham Town Centre at a split in the road. The pub was refurbished in March 2025 and now has a dedicated sports area, dining section and stylish lounge area. The sports area features large screens showing Sky Sports and TNT Sports, along with a pool table and digital darts.

To the front is a triangular patio with a gazebo and bench seating and to the rear is a large car park. Beers are from the Greene King range and brewery supplied guests; the house beer, Albion Tavern Best Bitter is 3.9% and is again brewery supplied. Sunday lunch is very popular and booking is advisable.
