This popular Leith watering hole consists of the former waiting room for the Leith to Aberdeen ferry, and a separate lounge (the Bothy) which is accessed from the dockside area. The main bar has a wood panelled ceiling edged with tiles of random Scottish place names from Teuchterland. There are also two smaller rooms and a large conservatory. The varied food menu is available all day and features some meals served in mugs. There is an excellent selection of malt whiskies. Ordering can be done via a QR code on tables. Large TV screens for sports events, rugby being the focus. It’s very busy during 6 Nations rugby and occasional hot summer days. NOTE: Alcoholic drinks are served from 11am. Real Ale is only available at the main bar.
