Owned by two Michelin-starred chefs, this bar and restaurant offers upmarket dining in a relaxed, informal atmosphere. Rustic, exposed walls reveal the original features of the building and are adorned with old Scottish recipes and menus, together with a board showing the provenance of much of the food and drink. Although drinkers are welcome the bar area is often used as an extension of the separate restaurant so limited space is available.
