This bar becomes a nightclub later but has outside seating during the day and shows major sporting events on big screens. Live music during the Swanage festivals makes this a pub during regular hours.

The whole building is Grade II Listed with parts dating from various periods from the 17th century onwards. Historic England list entry 1152524
