A friendly pub with one cask beers which be from breweries far and near. The unusual name is said to derive from a travelling circus menagerie pitching in the field behind the pub. A tiger is said to have got loose and attacked a horse! Entertainment is high on the agenda at this pub with live music on Friday nights. There is an open mic night on Wednesday evenings at 8.30 pm and a quiz on Sunday evenings.

Historic Interest

Believed to be the only pub with this name in the country. Said to be so named as a result of an incident when a horse was attacked by an escaped Circus tiger in a field close by.
