Cask Ale not available

A large rambling building in the village of Hightown between Crosby and Formby, renovated and renamed the Hightown Pub and Kitchen in 2020. Re-refurbished as the Hightown Inn under new management, an upmarket British restaurant and pub, reopened 29 October 2024. Open plan with some separation of rooms and features apparent from the former room plan (including front lounge and a separate dining room) but you can also eat in other rooms. Popular with walkers and cyclists and those visiting. Real ale is available. The pub is easily accessible by train and those living locally. The building was a 'Reform School' for Liverpool Education Authority in the early 20th Century
