This is a club, which means that the bar may be only open to members.

Members club situated on a former loop and lock of the South Yorkshire Navigation, mainly catering for all aspects of the boating fraternity. This modern building has everything expected of a club, including a pleasant conservatory and outdoor drinking area. SIBC has available usually two real ales. Supports local breweries but also get ales from far away. Card-carrying CAMRA members are made welcome, please ask to sign in at the bar. Access is through a security gate at the end of Milethorn Lane (next to Cooplands bakery) - press the buzzer and politely ask for real ale!
