Following a major refurbishment, The Mulberry is now in an open modern style with a variety of seating arrangements. Up to four real ales are available: two regulars and up to two guest, one of which is usually sourced from LoveBeer, based in nearby Milton village. The menu features pizzas cooked in the pub's own wood-fired oven along with steaks and burgers. There is a patio beer garden off to the east side. The Mulberry had been closed since 23 March 2020, i.e. at the start of the first Covid-19 lockdown, but reopened on Wednesday 5 January 2022 by Darren, the licensee from the Fleur de Lys, East Hagbourne. The kitchen reopened on 13 January 2022.
