Community-owned village pub that showcases local ales including a collaboration with Amwell Springs for the regular house beer, Ye Olde Dash & Tipple - Session IPA.

After being closed for several years, the Crown was bought and thoroughly refurbished by the community, and was reopened in May 2019. It was previously a Wadworth pub.

The most common of the changing beers are from North Cotswold, Plain, XT and Loddon.

Food is sourced from fresh local produce and the menu refreshed regularly to reflect this. There is a Hot drinks loyalty card.

A large double-sided wood burner in the centre of the bar area provides winter warmth and an attractive outdoor patio space that was refurbished in late winter 2023 for summer sundowners.
