This is a thriving village free house in the same ownership for over 25 years offering great value beer. The pub has both darts and pool teams. Tue is poker night and Wed is quiz night. There is music on the 2nd Tue monthly. Every picture in the pub reflects the history of the village. There is a small patio to the rear. Food is available Fri and Sat lunchtimes only, please book in advance. A neighbouring baker sells pies, pasties and sandwiches which may be eaten in the pub. Children and dogs welcome.
