Single bar pub with garden on the banks of the River piddle. There is level disabled access from tarmac car park and spacious disabled toilet. The pub's existence is in doubt as it had been closed for some years and current owner had change of use planning application refused as viability had not been tested. Currently the inn only opens on a Friday evening and while anyone is welcome, only a regular few customers attend. Consequently there is no draft beer on offer. There is a local pub support group which has had the pub listed as a community asset.
