Situated on the min A35, opposite the church the pub was badly damaged by fire in 2015 but, like Phoenix, has risen from the ashes, acquiring a new name! The interior is light and airy with a decked patio area at rear. Pub may close earlier or later than 11pm dependent upon custom. New licensees (August 2024) have reopened a real community pub. Fish & chip Fridays!
