A family-run freehouse with large outdoor spaces. Historically charity goose auctions used to be held in May and September which was when the pub name was changed from Royal Oak. Now offering fresh food including pizza from outdoor pizza oven (Thursdays). Closed Mondays except bank holidays. Bring own tents/campers or sample luxury camping in pub's shepherd's huts and bell tents. outdoor attractions include crazy golf, pygmy goats and a soft furnished children's play bus.
