Sprawling carvery pub which nevertheless manages to serve a decent drop of ale. Family friendly, it can be teeming with kids both inside and outside at weekends. When busy the smell of meat-n-gravy can be overpowering, so you might want to take refuge on the beer terrace or in the large and grassy beer garden. Single changing guest from the Marstons family. Breakfasts from 9am on weekends.
