Website

Large open-plan estate pub near Joey the Swan play area, built in 1958. A Greenall Whitley pub then; leasehold until 1994, managed house thereafter until GW sold on all their pubs. Refurbished in December 2015, now part of the Greene King group. Three real ales on, two will become regular, one rotating. All wooden floors, respectfully redecorated, soft bench style seating in the middle of the whole pub, through room is the main restaurant, more eating areas to the left of main doors, even though it is an open plan pub, a part to the front is distinct bar area. Extensive outside relaxing areas some covered seating too, large grass area including children's play area.
