Early 19th C building with a brightly painted wooden pub front, first opened as a pub in 1922 as Crowther's Vaults. A by-word for low bar prices. Hours shown are those permitted by the pub's licence. Run by the Craft Union Pub Company chain of managed houses created by Enterprise.

Re-opening after Covid 19 saw The Raven proposing to open between 9am and 7pm daily. These hours may now have been extended.
