tidy community local with 3 distinct areas and a patio, often just known as "Miners", base for local amateur soccer at one time had a Great Heck beer on handpump, which in Autumn changed to Black Sheep like the Poplar across the car park. Then cask ale was dropped altogether. Hours shown are those permitted by licence - usually open just evenings
