Originally Black Moor's Head (1829 trade directory) then Blackamoor Head, trading for a time as a Mr Qs catering for all ages during day, becoming a young person's venue at night, with all day food & dance floor, lots of TVs & 2 big screens. Hours shown are those permitted by the pub's licence. Note that Tanshelf Station is nearer to this pub than Baghill (800m) but only serves Featherstone, Streethouse and Wakefield, also many more bus services leave from bus station within walking distance (400m)
