The brewery is an independent 2 and a half barrel plant housed in the cellar of the original 19 Malthouse for Fernandes Old Bridge Brewery based at Chantry Bridge, which later became part of Beverley Brothers (Eagle Brewery). Luis Bar is set on two levels with the bar on the lower level selling up to 9 cask ales, mostly brewed on site by Fernandes. A staircase leads to the upstairs seating area with plenty of brewery and pub memorabilia adorning the walls. Spring Pub of the Season 2025.
