Pub situated on A515 near B5054 Hartington turn off. Originally an old ale house dating c1800 the building was completely renovated after a serious fire in 1995. Comfortable bar area with sofas & log fire with separate dining area to the rear, plus eight en-suite bedrooms. Pub tends to close in the evening after meals are finished, owing to general lack of passing trade.
