A beautiful thatched 14th Century Grade II listed pub with cob walls, medieval chimney and fireplace and a restored staircase. The bar usually serves four or five cask ales and two real ciders plus some unusual keg beers and a large selection of gin and malt whisky. There is also a large pizza oven in the very attractive garden with covered seating and heating lamps overhead when required.

Boule Court in garden with Boule bag available with returnable deposit.

If travelling by car access is on the south side of second bridge from Taunton under West Somerset Railway; beware the tricky turn.
