The main room is a large, comfortable, open-plan lounge with an inglenook fireplace; this is flanked by a separate dining area and a small rear snug. Piped music can be loud at times. The pub is particularly busy at weekends. Annual beer festival late May bank holiday in the large garden. Buses stop outside. Biker-friendly.
