This real ale flagship offers eclectically-sourced and rapidly-changing microbrewery guests, cider from Gwenty Draig, craft keg beers, (eg Polly's and Tiny Rebel), a few interesting bottles and some excellent canned beer. Taste the range with a "five pump platter" of five cask third-pint measures. Well-considered décor reflects the pub's name and history. A popular venue to watch Six Nations rugby - Wales enthusiastically and knowledgeably supported but all made most welcome.
