Friendly locals' pub, where the ales come from well known breweries such as Wye Valley or Greene King. The lounge to the front has a dartboard, plus a display relating to the pub's status as headquarters of the local Royal British Legion. The bar room to the rear is comfortable and well decorated. Wednesday is quiz night. There is a simple beer terrace to the side of the pub. Accompanied children allowed until 9pm
