Reopened in late 2024 under new management, having been closed for almost two years.

A beautiful pub in soft Cotswold-style stone in a quiet village is off the beaten track. It has been sympathetically restored and now has modern facilities while retaining its old-world charm.

It provides a pub service, but is primarily Indian-food-focused, but offers fsh & chips and Burger, plus a (small) kids' menu.

The pub runs a Tandoori collect/home delivery service (local only) as well as serving Indian food on the premises.

Historic Interest

The original pub was an old mill that burnt down in the 18th century.
