Ye Olde No 3 is wedged between the Bridgewater Canal and the A56 (Lymm Road), located next to the canal, but on the south bank, while the towpath is on the north bank. The south bank has moorings for boaters. Two rooms are served from a central bar, with a real log fire in the main room for the colder months. The pub reopened under new management June 2025 operating as an Indian restaurant including takeaway.
