This is a club, which means that the bar may be only open to members.

Non members are welcome here, buzz the intercom at the front door and wait for the click to gain entry. There are regular club functions held and the function room is available to hire for private parties, there is also occasional live music. Three rugby pitches right outside at this club which although called the Athletic Club is also home to rugby, cricket, hockey and lacrosse clubs. There is a large children's playground and skittle alley. There is no pool or jukebox in this large, roomy, comfortable club.
