A popular free house outside Lacock village, it lies to the south-east towards Bowden
Hill. The friendly and welcoming staff and a good and varied wholesome food menu
complement the Beau Bell and guest ales. The pub has extensive seating both indoors
and outdoors. Two beer festivals are held each year. During the summer an overflow
bar may open outside or can be hired for functions. This is located in the barn which has a comfortable drinking area around a wood burner as well as tables for dining, Ideal finishing point for walks around Bewley Common and Bowden Hill. Sits on the line of the Wilts & Berks Canal, which is being restored by volunteers. Regular Beer Festivals held also meet The Brewer Evenings.
