A thoroughly refurbished country pub of character in the heart of a farming hamlet. Several drinking areas with real fires, including a taproom where board games may be played and a restaurant serving great quality food. The restaurant may be booked for functions. Buses daytime only. Wheelchair ramp. Closed Wednesdays except first Wednesday of the month for quiz night. Often closes early if quiet. Nearest bus stop is at Whitley Road/Jackson's Lane, almost a mile away.
