A traditional pub comprising a large open-plan lounge area, with a smaller snug offset to the front and a separate games room (including a small library) to the rear right. The bar is to one side of the main lounge. Although there are two hand-pulls, only one real ale is usually available. There is extensive panelled woodwork to the front part of the lounge. Monday night quiz from 8pm. Bingo on Tuesdays from 6.30pm
