Confirmed in May 18 as now residential, ground floor converted and occupied after many years of being empty after the upper storeys converted to residential use.

Was a Charles Wells owned establishment, unusually not offering real ale. in September 2007 the lease had been put on the market on sale as a going concern. A pre 1900s impressive looking building. Still closed and boarded, upper floors look converted to residential, can't see behind the boarding on the ground floor (March 2014). A granted Camden planning app 2013/0787/P Change of use of the ground floor from public house (Class A4) to a two bedroom flat (Class C3). Goodbye Neptune.
