Comprising three floors, the ground floor will host a bar & kitchen with seating areas plus a record store. The first floor will be office and living spaces, as well as a terrace.

The basement will become a cutting­ edge, professional recording studio and with this, Lion & Lamb will eventually become a platform for its own community of artists with a record label growing organically once the multi­purpose space is fully functioning.
