Built in 1790 as a coaching inn, the Travellers Rest is a traditional country pub with a friendly atmosphere. Dogs welcome in the garden only. Pool table and large screen TV in Bar. Several local ciders on sale.

Current status unclear as pub sign is no longer there and the pub is often closed all week, although their now defunct FB page stated in Nov 2023 that they are only open on Thursdays, from 5pm until 'close'.
