Free to choose but still fond of its Theakstons this authentic country pub goes from strength to strength. The central wood burner is a special feature keeping everyone warm in the colder months. Convenient bus links to York and Thirsk remove any excuse not to try this award winning pub. Well worth the effort. Closed Tuesdays and Monday lunchtimes.
