This Pub is Permanently Closed

A Victorian built semi-detached public house with lounge and public bars on the ground floor. The Railway Bar and dining Room (Hall & Woodhouse) has now closed (2011) and it's Freehold up for sale for £495,000 plus VAT. The building has been repainted light grey with new side wall and railings added. It now looks to be occupied as a (temp?) dwelling (May 2013). Change of use to Class B1 (Design Workshop/Studio) granted 16/01/2012. Change of use from pub to Sui Generis ('live-work' unit) granted 20/06/2014.
