Popular and welcoming canalside pub, close to the town bridge and local amenities. It has fine views of the locks and nearby St Nicolas Church. The L-shaped open-plan interior is stylish and comfortably furnished. A roof terrace and plenty of outside seating provide the perfect setting for a fine day.

Beers are selected from the Fuller’s range including Gales and Dark Star. Traditional pub food is freshly cooked to order by the chef - available from noon to 8pm (5 Mon & Sun). There is regular live music and families are welcome until 9pm. Dog biscuits and blankets are provided.
